Questions on hosting an event? Read below for helpful information.
Room Availability
The Great Hall, Burlington Room, Founders Room, Barber Shop, Pennsylvania Room, and Adams Street Balcony are available year-round for events.
Pricing
Rentals rates apply and vary among spaces being utilized. We would love to provide you with a personalized quote for your event. Please contact our Marketing and Events Office at events@chicagounionstation.com for more information.
Holds
A courtesy hold may be placed for a specific date. In cases such as these, the client who has the hold will have the right of first refusal should another client be interested in renting the space on the same date. A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit secures the space.
Planning and Set-Up
A final walk-through is required two weeks prior to the event. The client, a Chicago Union Station representative, and all key vendors should attend this final walk-through to confirm event details. A detailed floor plan must be submitted for approval at the walk-through.
A schedule of all set-up activities must be submitted to your Events Manager at least 3 days prior to the event. Setup may begin at 9 a.m. on the day of your event, pending availability.
Storage
Special arrangements may be made to accommodate early deliveries or late pick-ups.
Green, Volunteer, and Production Rooms
There are many opportunities to accommodate requests for additional "behind-the-scenes" space. Our Events Manager can assist you with these arrangements.
