Amtrak ticketing is currently combined with Baggage. It is located in the center of the Concourse near the baggage carousel.

General Waiting & Boarding

Amtrak passengers can wait in the Great Hall where their train will be called and boarded 45 minutes prior to departure.

Priority & Assisted Waiting & Boarding

The Hiawatha Lounge is available for ten-ride and monthly ticket holders (trains 337 and 339 only).

Senior citizens aged 62 and over, active military personnel, families with small children, and anyone needing extra assistance can wait in the two Assisted Boarding Areas near the North and South Concourses.

Premier Waiting & Boarding*

The Metropolitan Lounge is available exclusively to Amtrak’s Business Class, Sleeping Car, Guest Rewards Select Plus, or Select Executive members. The plush surroundings are enhanced by high speed internet access, work stations, television, children’s play space, luggage storage services, and even a locker room with showers available.

Lost & Found

If you lose or misplace something on the train or in a station, you will need to submit a lost item report on the Amtrak website so we can try to help you find it. When reporting a lost item, please have the following information available:

  • Your date(s) of travel
  • Your departure and arrival stations
  • Your train number(s)
  • Detailed information regarding the lost item (model/serial number, brand, color, size, etc.)

After filling out the online form, you will receive an email with your Lost Item ID tracking number. Our team will continue to look for your item and provide you with regular email and/or text updates (if opted in) on the status.
