Metra ticketing is located centrally on the Concourse level of the station. Be sure to purchase your ticket in the station or on the mobile Ventra app. A penalty applies when buying tickets from onboard personnel.
Metra passengers are welcome to wait for their trains in the historic Great Hall. Metra trains board in the North and South Concourses.
Metra Lost & Found is located at Metra ticketing window #10 and can be reached at (312) 322-4269.
Metra riders are allowed to bring bicycles on board, depending on the train line and time of day. More information on bringing bikes aboard Metra trains can be found on the Metra website.
